SweptThrone is the ringmaster of this circus, organizing everything and gently persuading the rest of The Runts to put on a show alongside him. He also created the server The Runts play on, The Big Apple.
On The Big Apple, SweptThrone plays Tony Cannoli, boss of the infamous Cannoli Mafia. Having fled the raging gang war of Downtown, he traveled east to start fresh on new turf.
